National Honor Society

ACS offers National Honor Society membership to middle and high school
students who meet the qualifications set by the National Association of
Secondary School Principals (NASSP), National Honor Society, and Altamonte Christian School. National Honor Society focus on student scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Students have the opportunity to apply for scholarships, participate in LEAD conferences, and partake in the College and Career Readiness Webinar.

ACS currently has one chapter of National Honor Society.
National Honor Society is led by Ms. Elisabeth Davis and Mrs. Mendi Kelley and is open to 10th through 12th grade students.

National Beta Club
​
Motto- Let Us Lead by Serving Others
​
ACS also charters three National Beta Clubs--a senior club, a junior club,
and an elementary club.
​
Beta Club is a service, leadership youth organization. It is the largest in the
world. Students will have opportunities to participate in service projects, state
and national conventions, special themed days, and leadership summits, camps, and conferences.
​
Conventions include opportunities to run for state and national office, vote in office races, and compete in many different competitions.
Currently, ACS inducts 4th through 5th into Elementary Beta Club, 6th through 8th grades into Junior Beta, and 9th through 12th grades into Senior Beta. Elementary Beta is sponsored by Ms. Lexi Price and Miss Cate Kelley. Junior Beta and Senior Beta are sponsored by Ms. Elisabeth Davis and Mrs. Mendi Kelley.
